Common questions about pricing
Is the free plan actually free, or is there a catch?
It's genuinely free. You get one sync job that can import unlimited emails, and there's no time limit or trial period. We don't require a credit card to sign up. Free accounts sync every 30 minutes. Upgrade packs unlock realtime imports (or every 5 minutes if your server doesn't support IMAP IDLE).
What exactly is a "sync job"?
A sync job is a connection to one mail server. For example, if you want to import emails from your old Yahoo account into Gmail, that's one sync job. If you also want to import from a work email account, that's a second sync job.
Can I add more sync jobs later?
Yes, whenever you need to. Just purchase an upgrade pack from your dashboard. There's no commitment - you buy a pack when you need it, and it's valid for a year. Any paid plan also unlocks realtime imports and 5-minute polling.
What happens when an upgrade pack expires?
Your extra sync jobs will be paused, but nothing gets deleted. You can either renew the pack to keep them running, or just let them stay paused if you don't need them anymore.
Do upgrade packs stack?
Yes. Each upgrade pack adds 10 sync jobs to your account. If you need 25 total, you'd buy two packs (which gives you 20 extra, plus your 1 free, for 21 total) or three packs (31 total).
